About the Bel Mare

The Bel Mare is a luxury condo building built in 2006 in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD. Our building is located on Somerset Street, one block off the Boardwalk and is perfect for families with easy access to the beach, and we have a pool to help balance beach time, meal time and nap time for our younger guests. Our condos are all top of the line, with granite counter tops in our kitchens, GE profile appliances, gorgeous bedroom and family room spaces and all with balconies that have waterfront views. With 13 units ranging from 2,300 square feet to 3,000 square feet, our beach homes are especially popular with multi-generation families.

Location, Location, Location!

The Bel Mare building is located right on the Ocean City, MD boardwalk, within one block of the beach and all that the boardwalk has to offer! Park your two (2) cars in the parking garage under the building and leave them!

  • Bonfires on the beach, concerts on Somerset Plaza, and arcades
  • Get your adrenaline flowing with any of the amusement rides, like: Jolly Roger's on the Pier, Trimper's Rides at the Inlet & Marty's Playland.
  • Beautiful clean beaches with the best lifeguards. Hang out at night at one of the many bonfires along the beach.
  • Shopping for everyone along the boardwalk and Coastal Highway. For bargains, check out the outlets on Rt. 50 just two (2) miles away.
  • Visit museums, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Life Saving at the Inlet
  • Dress up like pirates and adventure out on the bay looking for treasure at Pirate's Adventure.
  • Ride one of the fastest boats out on the ocean, the Ocean City Rocket.
  • Have a night out on the boardwalk at clubs, like: Purple Moose Saloon, M.R. Ducks, Bahama Mamas, and many more.
  • Great restaurants, like: Harrison's, Adolfo's, Dough Roller, Sakura's, Sunset Grille, Mickey Fins and so many more.
